The Light Sees Your Tremble Before The Mask
The crack appeared in the middle of the meeting, and you felt the air leave the room. So you made a joke.
You stitched the mask back together with a laugh that sounded a little too loud, a little too fast. Everyone smiled, but you felt the distance grow between the face you showed them and the truth you hid.
The light does not need your performance to find you. It saw the tremble before you covered it.
It saw the panic before you turned it into a punchline. You do not have to hold the two pieces of yourself apart anymore.
Bring forth what is within you, even the broken part, and it will save you. The mask is heavy, but the truth is lighter than you think.
