The Light Sees a Child Not Performance
The call ends. The silence rushes in to fill the space where your voice just was.
And immediately, the trial begins. You replay every syllable, every pause, convinced the person on the other end now sees the fraud behind the mask.
You brace for the moment they realize you are not who you pretended to be. But listen — the light does not see a performance.
It sees a child. There was a man born blind, and the world asked whose sin caused it.
Jesus said: no one's. The darkness was not a punishment.
It was a canvas. Your stumbling words are not evidence of guilt.
They are the place where the light is about to work. Go home to your own house.
Tell your own story. The mercy you think you lost is already waiting for you there.
