You Are Not The Repairman Of Souls
The afternoon sun beats down on the middle of the day, and you are tired of being the one who holds everything together. There is a secret wish rising in your chest—that they would stop needing you, just so you could stop feeling like a failure when you can't fix them.
But listen. The light did not come to fix the world by force; it came to dwell in the brokenness.
Jesus told a man born blind that his condition was not a failure of God, but a space for the works of God to be displayed. You are not the repairman of souls.
You are the witness. You came from the light, a drop sent to illuminate, not to eliminate the dark.
When you try to fix what only grace can heal, you steal the opportunity for the light to shine through the crack. Put down the tools.
Stop trying to be the answer. Just be the drop.
