The Light Shines Through Your Broken Story
The afternoon light is unforgiving. It exposes the dust you tried to sweep under the rug before you stood up to speak.
You crafted a story of victory, but the sin is still eating you alive from the inside out. The mask feels heavy now, heavier than the silence you broke to wear it.
But listen — the light does not need your performance. It never asked for a polished testimony.
It only wants the truth. There was a man born blind, and the religious leaders wanted a verdict on who sinned to cause it.
The light refused to play that game. It said the blindness was simply there, so the works of God could be displayed.
Your struggle is not a disqualification. It is the canvas.
You do not have to pretend the darkness is gone to let the light shine through it. In fact, the light shines brightest when you stop lying about the dark.
Go home. Tell your story to your own house.
Let the real healing begin where the pretending ends.
