You Are the Dwelling Place Not a Stage
The afternoon light hits the counter and everything looks exactly as it should, yet you feel like a tourist in a life you built for an audience that isn't there. You set the table for ghosts.
You perform the routine for a crowd that has long since left the building. But the light does not need an audience to be real.
It does not require applause to exist. It was there before the first guest arrived, and it remains now that they are gone.
You are not a performer in an empty hall. You are the dwelling place.
The One who made you did not construct this life for the eyes of others, but as a home for the Spirit to rest within. The kingdom is not a stage.
It is inside you. Stop looking for the crowd.
The only One who matters has already taken up residence in the quiet.
