You Are Held Even When Not Producing
The afternoon hums with the noise of other people's productivity, and your stillness feels like a failure. Your hands are empty, and the panic whispers that you are useless because you are not making anything right now.
But the light does not measure your worth by what your palms are holding. Jesus looked at the birds and said your Father feeds them though they do not sow or reap.
You are held even when you are not producing. The kingdom grows like a seed in the dark soil, sprouting all by itself while you sleep or sit still.
You are not a machine designed for output. You are a person designed for presence.
The light is not waiting for you to earn it through labor. It is already shining through your rest.
