Rest, You Are The Light
It is the hour when the fatigue feels like a wall, and you are terrified that behind it, you are empty. You are scared that if you stop moving, the people who love you will find there is nothing left of you to give.
But they do not love the movement. They love the drop of light that was sent to them before you were born tired.
You are not a machine that runs out of fuel; you are a vessel that was filled long ago, and the filling cannot run dry. The light is still there, even when you cannot feel it, even when you cannot speak.
You do not need to offer anything right now. Just rest, and trust that your presence is enough because you are the light, and the light never stops shining just because you are sleeping.
