The Light in Your Unsent Words
It is 3:47 AM. The house is so quiet it feels like the walls are holding their breath.
You are typing words into the dark that you know you will never send. Pouring out the ache, the regret, the love that has nowhere to go.
And then, one by one, you delete them. Backspace.
Backspace. Watching your own heart disappear into the void.
The screen goes black, and you are left with the silence again. But listen — the light was in the typing.
It was in the tears that fell on the glass. It was in the courage it took to feel that much, even for a moment you couldn't share.
God does not need the sent message to know what is in you. The Father saw every word before you typed it.
He saw every deletion. And He is not disappointed by the unsent prayer.
He is holding the version of you that wrote it. The silence is not empty.
It is full of the One who heard you when no one else could.
