The Silence Your Child Carries
You are carrying the weight of the world, and your child has learned to carry the silence. They watch you bend under the load, and in their small wisdom, they decide to hide their own breaking so they do not become another stone on your back.
But listen — the light does not need you to be strong enough to hold it all. It only asks that you stop pretending you are.
There is a place inside you where the mask falls away, where you are not the protector, not the provider, just the beloved. If you bring forth that hidden truth — the part of you that is tired, the part that needs help — it will save you.
If you keep it buried, the silence will grow until it fills the whole house. Go home and tell your household how much the light has done for you.
Let them see you receive mercy. Let them see you held.
Your vulnerability is not a burden to them. It is the door they have been waiting for.
