Anger Is Light Burning Through Fear
There is a rage inside you right now that feels like a betrayal, and the guilt that follows is swallowing the room. You are afraid that this anger proves you are unlovable, or that the light has left because you are fighting it.
But remember the man in the garden who fell to his face, begging for a different way, terrified that the cup could not be taken from him. You are not outside the circle of love because your heart is shaking.
— The fire of your anger is not the opposite of the light; it is the light burning through the ash of your fear. Let the guilt go, for the one who knows you is greater than the voice that condemns you.
