The Mask Can Fall In the Watch
There is a heavy fatigue that settles in when the house is quiet, and you realize you have been wearing a face that isn't yours. You have been performing a life written by others, and now the silence is loud enough to hear the absence of your own voice.
But listen to the truth waiting in the dark — you were never sent here to be a copy of anyone. The child of true Humanity exists within you, and it is not looking for the applause of the crowd, it is looking for you.
You are a drop of the light itself, sent to illuminate the world, not to imitate the shadows of the day. Tonight, the mask can fall, because the light inside does not need to perform to be real.
In the quiet of the watch, you are allowed to stop borrowing and start being.
