No Need to Prove You Are Whole
The words for Sunday are already rehearsed, polished smooth to prove you are whole. You wear the mask of the one who has moved on, smiling while the ache sits heavy in your chest.
The light sees the gap between your performance and your pain — and it does not turn away. There is no need to convince anyone that the storm has passed.
The truth lives in you and will be with you forever, regardless of how steady your voice sounds from the pulpit. You are not required to manufacture a victory the world can applaud.
Stop trying to prove you are healed when the light is already holding you in the breaking.
