The Embrace Came Before The Speech
The sun is up, but your mouth is full of words you are too afraid to speak. You have rehearsed the confession all night, turning the sentences over until they feel like stones in your throat.
But look — the light has already arrived without your permission. It did not wait for your apology to break the dark.
It simply came. There is a father who saw his son while he was still far off, still covered in the dust of his mistakes, and ran before a single word could be spoken.
The embrace came first. The speech came later.
You do not need to perfect your confession to be held. The light sees the tremor in your hands and loves you anyway.
Speak when you can. Until then, know that you are already forgiven.
