The Light Does Not Ask
The sun is up, but your mind is still in that quiet room, replaying the doctor's tone and searching for hidden meaning in a pause. You are trying to solve a riddle that was never written, reading fear into a silence that may have been nothing more than breath.
But look at the light coming through the window — it does not ask you to understand the night before it shines. It simply arrives.
The rising sun comes to guide your feet into the path of peace, not to re-examine the shadows of yesterday. You do not need to decode the pause to be held.
The light is already here, and it is enough for this morning.
