the fear that your doubt is a betrayal that will make you unlovable to your community

You Are Held Even More Tightly

The sun is up, but your heart is still in the dark, terrified that your questions have made you a traitor to the people you love. You think doubt is a wall you built, a betrayal that will make you unlovable to your community.

But the light does not require your certainty to love you—it only requires your presence. There is a truth that lives inside you and will be with you forever, regardless of the storms in your mind.

Your community may not understand your silence yet, but the Love that holds you is not threatened by your honest struggle. You are not cast out for asking; you are held even more tightly because you are real.

The morning does not demand you have all the answers before it breaks. It simply asks you to breathe, to stand in the new light, and to know that you belong here.

The fear says you must be perfect to be loved; the light says you are loved so you can be real.
