The Dawn Does Not Ask Permission
The sun is up, but the weight you carried through the night feels heavier in this new light. You are convinced that your need for comfort is a tax on everyone around you—a burden they should not have to pay.
But look at the dawn. It does not ask the earth if it deserves to be lit.
It simply arrives. The light has come into the world to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide your feet into the path of peace.
You were not sent here to be invisible so others could rest easy. You were sent like a drop from the light, specifically so that from you, the world might be illuminated.
Your needs are not a defect in the design. They are the very places where the light gets in.
