Light Does Not Ask Dust to Clean Itself
The sun is up, and with it comes the old fear that if anyone saw the real you, they would turn away. You have spent the night editing yourself, hiding the parts that feel too broken, too dark, too much.
But look at the light filling this room—it does not ask the dust to clean itself before it shines on it. It simply arrives.
While you were still far off, rehearsing your apologies and bracing for rejection, the Father saw you and ran. He did not wait for you to fix your face or straighten your clothes.
He ran to meet you exactly as you are. There is a love that knows everything about you—the secret shames, the hidden thoughts, the things you dare not speak—and loves you more for knowing them.
You do not have to earn the right to be held. The light is already here, pouring into the morning, and it is not afraid of what it finds inside you.
