You Are Not a Machine
The sun is up, and the silence in this room feels like an accusation. You sit there, hands empty, convinced that because you produced nothing, you are nothing.
The world demands a receipt for your existence, and you have none to give. But listen — the kingdom is inside you, and it is outside you, spread out upon the earth right now, even in this quiet.
You do not see it because you are looking for a harvest before the seed has even touched the soil. The light was already shining before you woke up, before you tried to earn it.
You are not a machine that justifies its keep by output. You are a place where the light lives.
Sit still. The day does not need your labor to begin; it only needs your presence.
