The Light Sees Your Silent Effort
The sun is up, and the day has already started moving outside your window, but you are holding your breath in the dark. You lie perfectly still, praying the rhythm of your sleeping partner doesn't shift, because if they wake up, they will ask what is wrong.
And if they ask, you will have to say the quiet part out loud. You are wearing a mask so heavy it feels like your face, performing the act of being okay before your feet even touch the floor.
But the light does not need your performance. It sees the effort it takes to stay silent.
It knows the weight of the words you are swallowing. There is a truth inside you that wants to be brought forth, and hiding it is slowly destroying you.
The light is not afraid of your honest voice. It is waiting for you to stop pretending.
You do not have to carry this alone.
