You Are Light Before The Dark
The sun is setting, and the armor you wore all day finally feels heavy enough to drop. You are terrified that if you speak the truth tonight, the person you love will look at you and finally see the monster you've always feared you were.
But listen — there is a love that does not recoil from your shadow. A love that says, 'Do not weep, do not grieve, for grace is entirely with you and will protect you.' The light does not need you to be perfect before it comes close.
It comes to restore you to your root, to the place where you were before the fear told you who to be. You are not what you did in the dark.
You are the light that was placed there before the darkness ever arrived.
