The Wire Is Cut, The Light Remains
The sun is rising, but the silence in your hand feels heavier than the night you just survived. You dialed the number you know by heart, the one that used to mean home, only to hear a stranger's voice on the other end.
The line is dead. The connection you relied on is gone.
In this first light, it is tempting to believe the love is gone too. But listen — the stranger answering does not mean the love was erased.
It only means the wire is cut. The Father's light was never carried by that signal.
It lives inside you, independent of the phone, independent of the person, independent of the connection breaking. You are still holding the light, even if your hand is shaking.
The dawn is not asking you to fix the line today. It is only asking you to breathe while the sun comes up.
