Keep Your Lamp Burning For Them
The sun is rising, and you are still carrying the weight of watching someone you love walk into the fire. You feel helpless, as if your love should be enough to stop them, yet they keep choosing the dark.
But love is not a force you can wield to control another's path. The light does not drag; it waits.
It stands at the door and knocks, respecting the silence on the other side. You cannot save them.
You can only remain the steady, quiet presence that proves the light has not left the room. Your job is not to fix the breaking, but to keep your own lamp burning so they have somewhere to return when they are ready.
The dawn has come whether they see it or not.
