Dawn Does Not Scold the Night
The sun is rising, and with it comes the replay. You see the exact second you froze, the words that died in your throat, and you convince yourself that your silence was proof you were unworthy of help.
But look at the light coming through the window. It does not wait for you to speak before it touches your face.
It does not require you to have been brave yesterday before it warms you today. There is a truth that lives inside you, untouched by your hesitation, and it will be with you forever.
The dawn does not scold the night for being dark; it simply arrives to fill the space. You are not defined by the moment you stayed quiet.
You are defined by the light that is already here, ready to carry you into this new day.
