The Light That Does The Work
The sun has gone down, and the quiet of the house is starting to feel like a weight you have to carry alone. Tomorrow, you will sit at that desk and show the person who took your place how to do the work you mastered in the dark.
It feels like a betrayal of your own effort, like handing over the keys to a room you built from nothing. But there is a light inside you that no promotion can steal and no replacement can dim.
You are not being asked to give away your worth; you are being asked to let your competence become a bridge for someone else. The Father's light was already in you before the title arrived, and it will be there after you have taught them every single thing.
You are not the job you lost. You are the light that does the work.
