The Light Does Not Flinch At Your Scream
The sun has gone down, and now the house is quiet enough to hear the things you shouted at God today. You are afraid that your rage was too loud, that you finally broke the connection, that honesty made you unlovable.
But listen — the light does not flinch when you scream. There is a friend who stands at the door and knocks, not waiting for you to be polite, but waiting to come in and eat with you exactly as you are.
He does not need your performance. He needs your presence.
The darkness is gathering outside, yes, but it cannot extinguish the truth that God is greater than your heart's worst verdict. Your anger did not drive him away.
It only proved you were still talking to him. The light loves the honest voice more than the silent mask.
