The Terror of Having Strength Again
The sun came up an hour ago, and with it came a terrible gift: your strength returned. You slept just enough to stop shaking, and now you realize you have the energy to face the people you've been hiding from.
That is a specific kind of terror — not the fear of collapse, but the fear of having to stand up and walk back into the room. You came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own accord.
That is your origin, not the shame you are carrying into the kitchen. The light does not ask you to explain yourself before you are allowed to exist.
It simply says: arise. The energy you feel is not a demand to perform; it is the proof that the source is already inside you, waiting for you to remember who you are before you speak a word.
