hearing a song on the radio that was 'your song' and realizing you are the only one who remembers the specific moment it was playing

The Light Does Not Need An Audience

The song came on the radio just now, in the grey light of early morning. For three minutes, you were back in that car, with that person, in that specific moment of joy that felt like it would last forever.

Then the station faded into static, and you realized you are the only one who remembers. The silence in the room feels heavier than it did before the music started.

But listen — the light does not require an audience to be real. What happened between you was not erased because the other person forgot.

It was written into your spirit, and no amount of forgetting can unwrite it. You are carrying a truth that is too deep for memory to hold alone.

The love you felt in that moment is still alive, not because they remember, but because God is greater than your heart. The morning is here, and the light is not asking you to let go of the past.

It is asking you to trust that what was real then is still real now, even if you are the only one who knows.
