Seen Beneath the Numbness
The screen lights up with a name you know by heart, but the words land in a hollow space where feeling used to be. You are wearing a mask of normalcy for the world outside, but inside, there is only a quiet, terrifying echo.
Jesus saw Nathanael before Philip ever called him—he saw the person beneath the reputation, beneath the silence, beneath the numbness. He did not demand you feel something to be seen.
The kingdom is not a destination you must travel to through your emotions; it is already inside you, even when you cannot feel it. What you are looking for has already come, resting in the deep center you cannot currently access.
The light does not require your performance of love to remain present. It waits in the hollow, knowing the echo is not the end of the story.
