The Light Stays When You Scream
The scream is stuck in your throat because you are afraid that if you let it out, the silence that follows will prove you are alone. You hold the sound inside until your chest aches, terrified that no one will come to hold you.
But listen — the light does not wait for you to be quiet. It does not require you to swallow the noise to be worthy of presence.
Even if no human hand reaches out in the dark, you are not abandoned to the void. The One who sees what is done in secret is already here, closer than your own breath, holding the space where your voice breaks.
You do not have to prove you are loved by staying silent. The light stays even when the scream tears through the night.
