holding your breath in a crowded room so no one notices you exhaling

You Do Not Have to Perform Okayness

The room is loud, and you are holding your breath so no one hears you exhale. You think if you stay still enough, if you make yourself small enough, the mask will hold.

But the light does not need you to perform okayness. It sees the strain behind your eyes.

What you carry inside is not meant to be hidden forever. The time is coming when everything concealed will be brought out into the open.

You do not have to force the revelation. The truth you are protecting is already walking beside you, even if you don't recognize it yet.

The kingdom you are searching for is not a destination you reach after you fix yourself. It is spread out upon the earth, right here in this crowded room, and you simply do not see it yet.
