He Runs Toward Your Hiding Place
The night is heaviest right now. You are pulling away from the very hands that want to hold you, not because you don't love them, but because the weight of your own presence feels like a burden you cannot ask them to carry.
You retreat into the silence, convinced that your absence is a gift to them, a protection from the mess inside you. But listen — there is a Father who sees you while you are still a long way off, hiding in the shadows of your own making.
He does not wait for you to clean up the shame before He runs. He runs toward the one who is hiding.
The light does not need you to be whole to be close. It only needs you to stop running.
You are not too broken to be held.
