Known Fully and Still Loved
The night is gathering, and with it comes the old, familiar urge to pull the curtain shut before anyone gets too close. You are terrified that if they really see you, they will find the fraud hiding behind your eyes.
So you prepare the exit. You rehearse the joke that deflects.
You wait for the moment to sabotage the connection before it becomes real. But listen — the light does not need you to be flawless to stay.
There was a woman caught in the act, exposed in the center of a crowd, certain that her shame was the final word. The accusers dropped their stones and walked away, leaving her alone with the one who saw everything.
He did not condemn her. He told her to go.
You are not being tolerated until your mask slips. You are known fully, and you are still loved.
The fear says you must perform to be kept. The truth says you are already held.
