The Light Knows Your Face Already
The morning light hits the window and you are already rehearsing the words for next Sunday. You are polishing the testimony you will give to prove you have moved on, to show the room that you are fixed.
But the light does not need your performance. It saw you before you even spoke a word.
The kingdom is not a future reward for those who get their story right; it is inside you right now, whether you have a speech prepared or not. You are looking for the light in the applause of others, but it was there before the pain began.
What you are trying to prove has already been given. The mask is heavy, but the face beneath it is already known.
