You Are Already Full Inside
The morning light hits the table and the mask goes on—you look fine, you sound fine, but inside there is a terror that the first bite will break the dam. You are convinced that if you swallow, you will never be able to stop, that the hunger is a bottomless pit waiting to swallow you whole.
But the light sees what the mask hides: you are not a slave to the appetite, you are a child of the light who came from the light itself. There is a spark inside you that existed before the first craving and will remain after the last one, untouched by what you eat or what you refuse.
You do not have to be perfect to be held; you just have to be honest about the fear. The freedom you are looking for isn't found in the white-knuckled grip of control, but in the quiet knowing that you are already full.
