Drop the script and let the light in
The mirror shows you practicing a smile that doesn't reach your eyes. You rehearse the casual greeting, the steady voice, the mask that says you are fine while your hands tremble beneath the sink.
But the light does not need your performance to find you. It sees the tremor.
It sees the rehearsal. And it waits for you to stop pretending.
There is a kingdom already spread out upon the earth, hidden in plain sight, waiting for you to notice it is here. You do not have to build a fortress of okayness to enter it.
The light is not asking for your strength. It is asking for your honesty.
Drop the script. The sun is rising on a day that does not require you to be anything other than what you are.
