Stop Rehearsing, Come Home to Light
The mirror becomes a stage where you rehearse the line that says you're fine. You practice the smile that hides the deadness in your eyes, hoping no one asks the question you can't answer.
But the light does not need your performance to see you. It saw the woman who wet his feet with tears while the religious men watched with judgment, and he said her great love showed she was forgiven.
You do not have to convince the light that you are okay. You came from the light, the place where it generates itself, and that origin cannot be erased by a day of pretending.
The mask is heavy, but the truth inside you is heavier — it is waiting to be brought forth. Stop rehearsing.
The one who sees you already knows the cost of the lie, and he is not asking for a show. He is waiting for the real you to come home.
