Your Need Is A Doorway Not Shame
The mask you wore for decades—the one that said 'I handle this alone'—is heavy this morning. It feels like a failure to need hands that are not your own for the most private parts of being human.
But the light does not look at your dependence and see shame. It sees the truth you have been hiding: that you were never meant to carry this weight by yourself.
There was a man born blind, and the disciples asked whose sin had caused it. The light answered: neither.
It was simply the space where something true could be shown. Your need is not a verdict.
It is a doorway. The same hands that fed the world are ready to hold you now, not because you earned it, but because you are here.
You do not have to stand alone to be whole.
