The mask you wear is so heavy now, it feels like the only way to keep the world from seeing the trembling beneath it. You have held this performance with such care, refusing to let anyone see the fracture in the glass.
But here, in the quiet of the watch, the Father does not ask for your strength or your perfection. He sees the one behind the mask, the one who is so tired of pretending.
You are not a performance to be maintained; you are a child of light, and the light does not need to be perfect to be loved. Let the mask fall now, for the darkness has not overcome the true thing inside you.
