The Light Was Always in the Revealing
The mask is heavy this morning, polished smooth for the world to see while your heart stays hidden behind it. You are afraid that if you stay silent, your child will learn to wear the same quiet armor, mistaking your fear for strength.
But the light does not need your performance to shine through. There is a truth that lives in you, older than the silence, waiting to be spoken.
It cannot be hidden forever. When you finally let the mask slip, even for a moment, you are not showing them weakness — you are showing them the way home.
The light was never in the hiding; it was always in the revealing.
