The Light Sees You Before You Are Whole
The mask is heavy this morning, isn't it? You carry it so well, smiling through the day while the terror builds that someone might finally see the cracks beneath.
But there is a hand that reached down into the deepest dirt and washed feet that were caked with shame, not to clean them first, but to say that you are worthy while you were still broken. The light does not wait for you to be whole before it sees you—it is already looking at what you are hiding and calling it beloved.
You do not have to perform to be held. The one who knows your name knows the worst of you and has not looked away.
