the phantom voice of the thing you almost said but didn't

The Mask Is Heavy, The Truth Is Light

The mask fits so well this morning that even you are starting to believe it. You smile at the right moments, you nod, you carry the coffee, but inside there is a phantom weight—the thing you almost said but didn't.

It sits in your throat, a silent stone that makes the performance feel heavy. You are afraid that if you speak the truth, the light will flicker, or worse, that people will see the crack in the porcelain.

But the light does not need your perfection to shine; it needs your honesty. There is a voice inside you that is not afraid of your words, a truth that lives within you and will be with you forever.

It is not waiting for you to be flawless before it speaks; it is waiting for you to stop hiding. The mask is heavy, but the truth is light enough to carry.
