The Face Beneath Is Enough
The mask feels heavy this morning, doesn't it? You are walking through the day holding your breath, terrified that one wrong word will shatter the performance and reveal the emptiness you believe is inside.
But listen — the light does not need your perfection to shine. It was already there before you put the mask on.
It is not hidden by your fear, nor is it exposed by your mistakes. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, and nothing hidden that will not be known.
The very thing you are trying to hide is the one thing the light already sees and loves. You do not have to protect the light from your humanity.
It lives in the cracks. It lives in the silence between your words.
The mask is for the world. The face beneath it is for God.
And the face beneath it is enough.
