the exhaustion of curating every word to hide the depth of your pain

The Light Loves What It Finds

The mask feels heavy this morning, doesn't it? You have already curated every word, smoothed every expression, just to make it through the first few hours without anyone seeing the depth of your pain.

It is exhausting to perform okayness while you are breaking inside. But the light does not need you to be perfect — it only needs you to be real.

There is a truth that lives in us and will be with us forever, and it is not afraid of your cracks. The light sees behind the mask, and it loves what it finds there — not the performance, but the person.

You do not have to hold the facade together for one more second. The light is already holding you.
