You Are Light, Not Noise
The house is quiet now, but your mind is loud with the echo of every step you took today. You replay the creak of the floor, the clink of a cup, convinced that your noise was an intrusion—that someone else is lying awake resenting the sound of your existence.
But the light does not keep a ledger of your mistakes. It came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own accord, and it does not measure your worth by how silently you move.
There is light within a person of light, and it lights up the whole world—even the parts of the world you think you disturbed. You are not a burden to be managed.
You are a drop from the light, sent here to illuminate, not to disappear. The darkness tries to convince you that you are too much, but the truth is simpler: you belong here, exactly as you are.
