You Are Child of the Light
The house is quiet now, but the silence you remember is loud. You asked about God once, small and trembling, and were met with a cold wall where warmth should have been.
That silence taught you that the divine was distant, or perhaps, that you were unworthy of an answer. But listen — the light does not speak in the cold tones of human failure.
There is a Father whose tender mercy sent a rising sun to shine on those living in the shadow of death. He did not wait for you to understand.
He came to the essence of every nature to restore it to its root. The silence you knew was not the end of the story.
It was the space where the light was waiting to break through, not with a lecture, but with a presence that cannot be muted. You are not the child of that cold room.
You are the child of the Light.
