You Are Not The Glue
The house is quiet now, and you are still holding your breath. You believe that if you finally exhale—if you speak the truth of your exhaustion—the whole structure will collapse.
You think your silence is the glue. But the light sees the crack in the beam you are trying to hide with your own body.
What you are protecting is already safe. The kingdom is inside of you, not propped up by your suffering.
You do not have to be the pillar. You can put the weight down.
The glue was never you.
