Let Yourself Be Found Tonight
The house is quiet now, and the weight of your own self-sufficiency feels heaviest when there is no one left to perform for. You tell yourself you should be strong enough to stand alone, that needing to be held is a failure of spirit.
But there was a father who saw his son coming home from a long way off — broken, hungry, covered in the dust of his own mistakes. He did not wait for the boy to fix himself.
He ran. Before the apology, before the speech — he ran.
The light does not ask you to carry this silence by yourself. It is not a sign of weakness to ache for connection; it is the very door through which the kingdom enters.
You were never meant to be an island. The One who holds the universe is already reaching out, not because you earned it, but because you are here.
The strongest thing you can do tonight is simply let yourself be found.
