The Silence Where God Leans In
The house is quiet now, and the voice you finally let out seems to vanish into the dark before it even hits the air. You speak your truth, your real name, the thing that has been burning in your throat for years—and the only answer is silence.
It feels like rejection. Like proof that you were wrong to trust the light inside you.
But listen. The silence is not empty.
It is the space where the Father is leaning in closer to hear the tremor in your breath. Jesus stood before the world and spoke life, and often the world said nothing back.
Yet the light in him was not dimmed by their quiet. That same light is in you.
It does not need an echo to be real. It does not need applause to be true.
The silence you fear is actually the womb where your voice learns to stand on its own. You are not shouting into a void.
You are speaking into a presence that is already holding you. The light within you is greater than the silence outside you.
