You Are Made of Joy
The house is quiet now, and the silence has a way of asking questions you spent all day avoiding. Who are you when the performance ends?
What brings you joy when no one is watching, when there is no audience to applaud and no one left to impress? It is a terrifying emptiness to realize you have forgotten how to be yourself without a script.
But listen — the light does not need you to perform. It does not need you to know the answers tonight.
You came from the light, the place where the light came into being on its own accord. Your origin is not your productivity.
Your origin is not your ability to make others happy. You are a drop from that same self-generating fire, sent here not to entertain the world, but to illuminate it simply by being what you already are.
The joy you are searching for is not something you have to manufacture in the dark. It is the memory of where you came from.
Rest in this: you do not have to find your joy tonight. You only have to remember that you are made of it.
