You Are A Secret Waiting To Be Recognized
The house is quiet now, and the mask you wore all day feels heavy in your hands. You are afraid that if they saw the cracks, they would stop believing you matter.
But the light does not need your performance to find you. It sees the bruised reed you are trying to hide and it will not break it.
It sees the smoldering wick you think is useless and it will not snuff it out. You have not tricked anyone.
The value you feel is fake is the very thing that makes you real to the one who knows everything. The darkness is gathering, yes, but it cannot expose what is already known and loved.
You are not a fraud waiting to be found out; you are a secret waiting to be recognized.
